Our approach emphasizes the use of methodologies for managing the Quantitative modeling and financial systems development effort in the time frame suited to our clients. We believe in using the Rational Rose RUP methodology with some best practices that we have developed and used in managing some of the most complicated financial modeling and system development initiatives.
 
Elaboration

We understand that no one knows the clients business better than the client and we believe that any quantitative model or financial system is best developed by the author of the vision. However, in most cases the author does not have the time and at times the resources to implement the solution in its entirety. It is our job to get the best resource possible with the domain knowledge of the clients business to help document the requirements with constant feedback and review (the time line can be anything from a day to a few months depending on the complexity of the model / system being developed).

Development, Testing and Delivery

The development team makes an effort to deliver the solution within the clients prescribed and mutually agreed upon time line. The solution is typically tested first in the offshore development site with the involvement of quantitative analysts who documented the requirements. It is only after a cycle of testing is over and we feel that the product can hold up to client scrutiny do we deliver the solution for testing by the client.

Maintenance

Our analysts on the client sites as well as offshore are proficient in providing day to day support and maintenance going forward.
